Great service from Lloyd, who has been with the company for 30 years. He upgraded my residential locks to commercial-grade hardware in my house. Long story short, after a building unit inspection, I discovered that the front door lock no longer worked with my key. It was around 7:30 PM, so finding a locksmith who didn’t charge an excessive after-hours fee was a challenge until I called Dial Locksmith and Marcus answered. He was able to get to us within 30 minutes and helped not only us, but also our neighbouring unit, who was experiencing the exact same issue. Marcus was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process.

I went to Dial yesterday looking to get a key cut for the aftermarket locking tailgate handle for my old Dodge, (a bully product, these years didn’t have a factory option). I went two two other locksmiths and looked online to at least find key blanks to be cut, but no luck. The lady at Dial was very pleasant and sent me away with a blank (key) to try out, with instruction to bring in the truck or just the lock so they could try to re-key it. The keys that come with the Bully lock are very thin and made of poor quality metal making finding an appropriate blank a challenge. I brought in the lock and despite two other locksmiths being unable to find even a key to cut for it, they had it ready to go quickly and with two much higher quality keys with which to open it. Nice people, great service. My new go-to locksmiths.

I was in a real pinch my car door was frozen solid I had some where to be real fast and I went to Dial a lock Smith and by god they came out and helped me!! I was so happy to get my door working I made my apt in time and was super grateful.
