I was in a real pinch my car door was frozen solid I had some where to be real fast and I went to Dial a lock Smith and by god they came out and helped me!! I was so happy to get my door working I made my apt in time and was super grateful. Also have used them to make car keys and it was way cheaper then I thought friendly service and they go the extra mile to make customers happy. Thanks again.

Have had Dial out a few times over the years at various properties, always do a good job. Yesterday had them out to my new place and the technician was great, fixed the issue I called for and another issue I hadn’t even thought about but he noticed right away. Would definitely recommend.

Called to see if they had a product I was looking for to clean/fix my bike lock. They have me advice and invited me in to assess the issue. Great service! I learned a lot about how to clean my lock properly and prevent the issue in the future. I ended up cleaning my two locks further over a couple of hours using the SuperLube they had suggested and they haven’t seized up since. Very grateful for the help! They didn’t even charge me for the time spent to help me clean my first lock.

Awesome service and experience. Thank god I found you guys. The locksmith came quickly and promptly, was extremely professional and explained what he was doing. While I still had to replace the lock cylinder (not his fault at all), he was super quick, friendly and helped us out immensely. Would highly recommend! Yes…I am rating not a restaurant but a locksmith. I brought in an ancient case my mom brought over from Japan in the mid 1900s. They patiently tried every key and eventually had to manually force entry. It was extremely gentle. And they were so patient and friendly. I would give six stars if I could. Thanks to Lisa Dial and all the staff.
