We are open Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5:30 PM and 9 AM to 3:00 PM on Saturdays, except for Long Weekends.

We do offer 24 Hour emergency service. Just call us at 780-420-6664 day or night.

Yes, we sell all kinds of locks, including deadbolts, doorknobs, levers, mortice locks, cabinet locks, and padlocks.

While we do not offer a mobile automotive service, our shop is well equipped able to copy transponder keys, fit keys to car and truck locks, and we can service and repair car locks of all kinds.

Pricing will vary depending on the specific hardware you are looking for or need. Please give us a call and we can help you out, or email us at dispatch@diallocksmith.ca with photos of what you have that you need repaired or replaced and we will take the time to find you the right hardware at the best price.

This will depend on how many locks, what kind of locks, what condition they are in, and if you have keys for them. However, in general, a Service Call in the City of Edmonton is $102.00 and includes the first hours labour as well as rekeying of 2 standard (household) locks. Each lock after the first two is an additional $20, and the keys are typically $4.05 per key. We offer service outside of Edmonton as well, to Stony Plain, St Albert, Sherwood Park, Leduc, Nisku, and Fort Saskatchewan, as well as all other areas of Alberta as needed. Please call us for rates and pricing as needed.

Key prices depend on the type of key. Typical house keys are $4.75 each, and can go up from there. Automotive keys (no transponder/computer chip) start at around $10 each, with chip (transponder) keys ranging from $95 to $160

We can cut the key as long as it is not steel. We charge $3.00 per side (a standard car key is $6.00) and a sidewinder key (ie a Honda car key) would be $65.00 as a special machine is required. We are unable to program after market/offshore keys as they are not compatible with our key programming system. Please note that we do not offer any guarantees on these keys working as the quality of offshore/Amazon keys can be quite poor.

We are able to invoice for products and services if you have an account in good standing. If you do not have an account, we are not able to provide a billing invoice. The locksmith can provide an itemized written invoice and payment will be required upon completion of the job. We accept Cash (Please note that the Locksmiths do not carry change), Debit, Visa, Master Card, and American Express (AMEX may be subject to a 4% surcharge)
